The service was excellent from the moment we called to reserve the car. We ended up using the car for 3 weeks, due to problems with the personal car. We had to extend the contract for 2 more days, also done very easily. The car was in good condition, with a few scratches, all documented. Will go back happily to the same branch, hopefully for different reasons. Staff was professional and helpful.

Clean car, quick service, and charming staff!

They are so incompetent! They don't know the definition of reserving a car. So I reserved a car 4 days before the date that I needed it and the girl called me the day after my reservation to confirm and the same day as mu pick up to confirm I am coming and I confirmed everything. I arriveed to pick up the car (not late) and they tell me that it is not available without apologizing and very rude.They also told me that they are not the ones controlling this and since it is the tire change season it is not their fault that there are no cars! So why book and confirm! I left without a car. I would never do business with them. There are many other car rental companies. Save your time and go somewhere else!

Disappointed with the customer service experience at Des Sources branch. No manager on hand during the weekend to make things right and counter staff have no discretionary authority. Call center also powerless to resolve the situation. Will only select Discount as a last resort in the future. It's been 3 weeks since I submitted an email describing my account of the situation to the address you provided. Still no response. Very disappointing.

They are all very polite, and make sure you are being taken care of... fast service. I really recommend this place for car rentals.
