Great experience fast delivery of vehicle and great prices, nice and clean. I had a car on spot when I brought my car in for fixing i wanted a different car and within 15 minutes discount was at the dealership with a different vehicle for me. Great service was easy and a great experience dealing with discount.

What an awful experience…they should totally train their employees & be more precise & detail oriented in their invoices & papers. We’re seriously disappointed, being charged amounts we have no clue about & the employees can’t even explain the charge...wow, never expected this. Other than that, the only positive thing was the older man who gave us a shuttle ride, he was very kind as opposed to the employees at the dest front who made us feel like we were in good hands while we weren’t!

We were referred to Discount by our insurance company to provide us with a vehicle while ours was getting repaired. The staff and the vehicle provided was no problem and friendly. The one issue we had was they needed a credit card to secure the rental which we did not have which is a bit of a hassle as we did have debit visa but that was not accepted. We needed up giving a cash deposit that we are still waiting to get back. Hopefully this will not be a hassle but just beware.

I feel bad for giving them 1 star because they deserve ZERO, worst customer service ever!! They gave me a car with expired registration and expired insurance and of course the cop gave me 2 tickets!!! They asked me to pay the tickets and promised to reimburse me which they never did!! I called them over 10 times and they always say they'll check with the head office and call me back but they never did!! They made me feel like I'm begging them for money There are so many discount branches and I went to the most horrible one!!

The welcome was great. The wait was short, the vehicle worked very well. When I returned the truck, the service was quick, friendly, and efficient. definitely recommend!
