Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Worst experience ever Made a reservation of an SUV. When I came up to pick it, the office was closed already (even if I came during normal open hours) and nobody was there. Called to enterprise they told me that nothing can be done and I am not getting a car today as the person has left the office. They offered me to go to the airport about 40min from this location to get another car... Will never rent again from this company!

Worst Service ever. Not just this place but all Enterprise. Booked a SUV full size 3 days before to go on a trip. They call me 3 hours before the trip to tell me it’s not available. Had to look in all the city for a truck as big and I ended up paying 2 times more with another company because I was last minute. Tried to call many times to many enterprise numbers but always the same anwser : « we’re sorry ». All right good you’re sorry. That’s fine mistake happen.. But god help your customers after you made a mistake. Never again Update 1 : after 5 months and many email, nobody reached to me, and they deleted their message 😂 Update 2 : They finally reached out to me, bravo! But it did not change nothing

Everything was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Car was clean with a full tank of gas. Picked me up and dropped me off. Since they picked me up, finding the location in the car dealership was not an issue for me. Thanks!

Difficult to get the line. Nearly ever person on site during the returns. The escort service is not efficient since only 1 employee when he is there. After 3 consecutive weeks of rental, I will look for other options.
