Enterprise Rent-A-Car

During these difficult times you do not want to add difficulty to a business but this really really aggravated me.If you have moved locations over 5 months ago and you do not have your new address on the website it makes it really difficult for you to rent the car you reserved. I went to the Alliston location after calling to reserve a car for today. I went into the address only to be told that I am the 10th person in the last two weeks looking for Enterprise rent-a car only to find out they moved 5 months ago at least 30 minutes away with no traffic . I am also assuming it was 30 min away I was told they moved to Barrie. I would not know I called the office 6 times with no answer . At one point I got transferred to someone in Illinois. Do you think maybe at the least the person who took my call would have mentioned it. This has put me in a very difficult position this evening it is not just an inconvenience. This is really bad customer service and bad form. Change you website address really!

Excellent service. Wish they would reopen as other Enterprise businesses are not serving the Alliston area. This leaves Enterprise customers stranded.

Excellent service!! So easy to rent a car from Alliston Enterprise, just wish their hours were opened longer during the week.

I would like to commend Kirk for outstanding customer service during what could have been a very difficult time for me. I was involved an auto accident and Kirk didn't drop a beat that day. He provided me with a vehicle the same day, was able to pick me up and bring me back to Enterprise to complete the necessary paperwork. He was technically automated, informative and provided me great advise on the benefits of purchasing their insurance coverage. Most importantly, he was very understanding about my situation. I highly commend Kirk for operation such a smooth running a one person satellite operation. May you reap the efforts of your labours and excellent customer service. Thank you Kirk!
