Wonderful experience all around. No one likes moving, it’s the worst, but Jen was the best! The truck was perfect, the price could not have been beat and the customer service was amazing. I highly recommend them!

Friendly,trustworthy and I think we do need people like this in the community.

We had booked a car with Enterprise online, and when we showed up there was no staff there at all! They are located in the GMC dealership, and the dealership offered no help. The voice mail at Enterprise isn't even set up. Disgusted, we left. I called Routes and Barry answered the phone after hours. They were closed. I explained what happened at the other place and that we needed a car tonight for my husband to use tomorrow morning early for work. Barry was so kind, empathetic and said 'we want to solve people's problems'. Amazing! His customer service was second to none. They had a staff member come in after hours to accommodate our urgent need. I can't think of a time ever in 44 years of a place of business opening after hours to help me out. I am in awe of the level of dedication these staff have. I will never rent from anywhere else again. Thank you Barry and Jenna for one of the most amazing customer experiences I have ever had.
