Avis Car Rental

Before I rented, read a comments and review here and I was so struggle to get this location. It’s so close to my home and I would like to try it but when I saw this review, I was too disappointed. However,I did and I rented last week on weekends so I highly recommended this location. The Costomer service was awesome, good price and clean car actually. I would like to rent it again whenever I need.

STAY AWAY From this Company. We rent a car in March exactly at lockdown point, and return it safe and sound. 3 month latter they send a huge invoice saying we caused damage to their car, which is absolutely BS! They are ripping off people. They are misusing having your information, DL and credit cards. Do NOT Rent a CAR from them. Stay Away! Stay Safe! Attention Everyone: Please Don't be fooled by their respond below my review! I contacted this email and they absolutely did NOTHING! instead today I got a call from COLLECTION department that told me I can not do ANYTHING but PAY them! I have to pay these thieves, just because I SIGNED the rent agreement with them. Their agreement has written in a way that you only need to sign it and they LEGALY can send you illegal bills whenever they want! You give them this right JUST BY RENTING A CAR FROM THEM. Once gain, to be safe STAY AWAY from this place. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

Horrible service, the two brown guys were so rude and unprofessional. There was a chip in the car and wanted to make sure we are both aware of it. He wouldn't explain anything and kept saying it's all marked there and walked away. There is Enterprise few blocks from here they're far more professional and even gave me free one day car rental one time. I thought I give it a try with Avis but I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I rent regularly from this location and the experience has always been seemless. My only feedback is sometimes the car is not clean from outside and last time I rented, the windshield couldn't be cleaned using the vipers as there were too many hard water spots and wheels were out of alignment.

Called them on Saturday morning 10:15 AM (22/08/2020) to book a reservation and as soon as someone picked up they put me on hold for 40 min and then I just disconnected. If this is how they treat their customers at the very beginning, I can only imagine that all the other negative reviews must be true. So I went on and booked a car from enterprise which was 5 min walk away from this place. Much better service
