The service is terrible, and Discount doesn't care about wasting its customers' time and ruining their plans. I waited there for 3 hours, and eventually, they didn't give me any car. When I got there on the weekend, they told me that there were 19 reservations but only five cars for that day, and they're waiting to get cars from other branches. They didn't bother to call me or any other customer in advance. They also said that their booking platform is old and they don't know the number of cars and reservations in different branches, so they call each branch by phone! They said it takes time for them to get a car, but it never happened. It was near the end of office hours, and many people were waiting outside, but the staff didn't tell anyone that they don't get any car. When you book a rental car, you have plans, and Discount doesn't care about that. They will ruin your plans without any compensation. Discount may charge a lower rate than other companies, but it's at the cost of wasting your time and ruining your plans. I highly recommend you avoid this place.

Sunday 10:39 am August 30 2020 There is maximum occupancy of 5 people inside the place due to covid. Understandable. But all the people who made reservation for 10am are waiting for the past 2 hours. There are only 2 people inside serving customers. If there was one more employee who could deliver cars then 2 employees could book vehicles. Then this huge lineup could have been avoided. I hope you would consider this process improvement solution.

Horrible , unfriendly service. After paying for the rental in the store my rep (Kivijan)left me to wait in the rain for 10 minutes outside when he said to "meet" me there right away. When he finally did arrive he did not even inspect my car for any damage. Overall go to competitor, until staff is better trained or replaced.

Could the service be any slower? Jeez! They really need to work on speeding up their customer service. We’ve come here every weekend for the past 6-7 weeks to pick up a car, and there has never been a time when we haven’t had to wait at least an hour; sometimes even two hours. I’m writing this as I wait outside in the line- with 3 staff at the counter, and about 7 people ahead of me, I know I’m going to have to wait at least an hour.

My husband and I picked up a rental car from Discount at the BMW Autohaus location because we had to service our BMW. They gave us two different rentals on two different occasions. On each occasion the female representative at the booth had a terrible attitude, she was rude and her customer service skills were atrocious. The car was not properly cleaned (especially for a time where the world is going through a pandemic), the car was not inspected properly before giving me the key and there were bumps and scratches on it. I asked her to make a note of the scratches on the car because I did not want to be liable for the damages. I felt as though this was something she should have offered to do with me before sending me off. The second time we went they gave us an SUV where the breaks did not work properly and shook the whole car. The car was not very clean and looked like at no point was the car sanitized and cleaned. The service light was on (oil over due), which further proves that the car was not inspected before giving it to me. The car does not feel safe to drive and when we got a call a customer service call from them, they basically defended themselves, did not offer to bring a new car to us but told us that we had to go pick up a car from them, and excused the woman's attitude at the booth. They were not apologetic and extremely defensive. As a family, we have rented cars from other places that take the time to do a 360 inspection with you, they turn on the car for you and make sure that everything seems to be in good working condition from the inside... etc. All I know is that discount does not check their cars after people drop them off, I would be surprised if they even wipe them down, and the quality of their cars is not good. I will never want to get a loner car from them ever again, our family's life is not worth risking.
