Consulate of Ghana

Horrific experience with these unprofessional bunch of people. There is no customer service. They moved locations without proper notice and no where on their site is there information that passports have to be mailed in. And the joke of the whole situation is that they LOST a passport belonging to a family member. Causing unnecessary stress and hassle when travelling to Ghana. I'm in utter shock and disbelief about the carelessness of such an important document.

Very efficient service at the consulate of Ghana in North York! I spent a total of 10 minutes in two visits to drop off my visa application and pick up my passport a few days later. The staff at the consulate are pleasant and warm. I followed the instructions on their visa application form and they went exactly by the same checklist. I had a couple of additional documents which were promptly returned to me. I did not apply for the expedited process but my passport was ready for pickup in 3 days! Thanks for the great service!

The direction on the website needs to be changed since they moved. It took me 2hours to get to their location at 4665 Yonge street only to realize it was moved to woodbine. Also I was trying to reach someone for help on their contact number and the number wasn't even working. I was very disappointed 😞 😔

If there's way to give 0 * to the people that work in this place I will. I drove 35mins to The most UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE VISA centre I have ever been to. But I will be the last person that they with disrespect and still have a job. I recorded the entire thing. The RUDENESS ATTITUDE is UNBELIEVABLE! if you can avoid dis Plc, avoid it at all cost but if you really have to come here you got to be really to he disrespected! I couldn't! THIS IS NOT THE END!
