The staff follow you like you are a thief. Not nice.

My goal was to build a loft bed to maximize the space in my apartment. Never having undertaken a woodworking project like this before I felt pretty lost as to what kind of lumber to choose. I went to a few other lumber supply stores and the staff there were unhelpful at best. At Lowes Albert immediately was very helpful and patient with my questions and helped guide me not only with my wood selection but also hardware and tools. He then introduced me to Kit in the paint department to help me choose what kind of stain I would want to use for my project. Those 2 employees helped me feel confident and excited for my project after initially feeling a little overwhelmed. Fantastic shopping experience!

This store is improving! Recently, many of their staff will welcome you and offer help. But Cashier and lumber shop still sucks (a lot). Jacob from the Flooring department is awesome. He helped me selected and ordered 52 pkg of flooring, delivery, etc.. within 15 mins.
