Staff were friendly and nice, and the price is unbeatable! If I were ever to rent a car again it will absolutely be with discount. I have now rented twice with them and it has always been a smooth process!

Beware, I paid around $120 for a car rental (a great deal) but ended up being charged $900 for a chip in the windshield (not caused by me, that was already there). I usually take my own photos upon initial inspection but was in a rush, so failed to do so. Huge mistake. My passenger confirmed chip was already there from start of trip. Discount takes their own photos on an ipad, but because of the glare in the window and bad quality of photo, you could not see the chip. It took me over 3 months to get reimbursed by my insurance company, it was a complete headache, all just to save a few bucks. AVOID.

Great experience after having rented a car after an accident. The personnel followed up regularly.

As always, the car is clean and ready, any questions answered immediately. Never had an issue with returns, Julien and Joe are excellent
