Canadian Tire

We were looking for Christmas lights and a door bell. The young man who helped us with the lights went above and beyond and is a credit to your store. When we got to the door bells, an older female employee was clearly hiding out and pretending to be busy. We then went to the check out where there were 3 young girls at the customer service counter chatting with each other, seemingly oblivious that there was a line of customers waiting to purchase their items. There were 2 other girls at a podium by the door, also chatting. One occasionally walked over to the line of customers to yell out that the self serve check outs were available. She would then walk back to the podium to chat with the girl who never moved from it. One young girl was the only one working a till. I asked her how it felt to be the only one working even though there were 5 other young girls standing by socializing. She seemed embarrassed but the others should have been the ones embarrassed and your store should be embarrassed and upset that of the 8 employees we encountered at your store, only 2 were actually working.

Bought lots of tools here over the years. Julia from the hardware department has always been very helpful. She knows the whole department like the back of her hand and had lots of input for me so I could make the right purchase for the job and at a budget friendly price.

Went to pick up a signal light and make a payment. Asked Teresa (? Spelling) where to find lights, she directed me to parts. Asked her if I could pay and make a punt at the same time, she said absolutely. ( I usually pay at customer service) so great to get in and out without a huge hassle. Thanks for training your staff to have all the answers

Big clean store, lots of product, very helpful employees and with a smile. Well stocked!! Covid protocols in place. All cashiers open due to busy weekend. Line-up out side but moved quickly. Lots of parking!! Website stock amount on items are true to fact. 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Employees were very helpful answered any questions I had.
