Another flawless buying experience. Thanks again to Arthur (and Mario) for hassle free, no BS shopping. I have been buying ALL my electronics here for years and don't even bother to look anywhere else. I have complete confidence that I am being treated fairly and not being "pushed" to buy something I don't need. 5 stars isn't enough.

I was in the market for a full entertainment setup (TV, sound system, etc) and I had been looking around for a while. I decided to pop in to visit the visions in Port Coquitlam. I was lucky enough to be approached by Arthur the sales manager who did an amazing job assisting me and getting me a fantastic deal. I was super appreciative of his help and great understanding of all of the different products. He was able to answer all of my questions and I left with the TV of my dreams that day (with a better price than anyone else I might add). I Will definitely be coming back and I will also refer him to all my family and friends. Perfect experience from start to finish!

We were looking for a car audio system for our son, and dealt with Manny at the Visions Poco location. He provided us with outstanding customer service. He knows his stuff and helped us put together a top quality system for a reasonable price. Very impressed and will for sure be back!

My family and I were looking for new speakers for the front and rear speakers of my families car. The employee named Taylor helped us find what we were looking for. He gave great customer service and kept his distances by social distancing as he was showing my family the demo model. He was very knowledgeable and recommended us on how to install the speakers. I would recommend guests to see Taylor if they have and questions about car audio.

I thought that great customer service was non-existent until I walked in to Visions and talked to Mario. WOW!! Mario made sure that I had all the right information to help me select the best TV for my family. It had been a number of years since I had purchased my last tv and wasn't sure what to buy in terms of technology, what size and how much to spend. Mario simplified the whole process by patiently answering all of my questions without being pushy, offering me great advice, solved my installation nightmare and all at a great price.
