They will not give you winter tires and if you request them they will just not care about your safety during the winter even if I paid for a full size car which is one of the most expensive. Very poor attitude, those are things they could improve.

Very helpful in my situation! Needed a cargo can after my 2017 f150 caught fire....loaded it up dropped my cargo at my parents and later returned to get a more comfortable vehicle for the long 18 hour ride home! Would definitely recommend they're services

We were in a bit of a jam when we had to extend our rental car due to unforeseen circumstances. Employee Marshall in particular went out of his way to accommodate us and really helped despite it being the busy season: “There’s a new Marshall in town.”

For being the only car rental place in town this location has excellent customer service and is well managed. Typically in larger cities or at airports where there is far more competition the car selection is good but customer service aspect can be hit or miss. This Enterprise office has a small fleet of cars but surprisingly good selection and the employees, particularly the lady that manages the office, is a class act. If ever I had an issue with a rental she was sure to mend the situation.

The office is well managed with a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Had to rent car while my truck was in the repair shop. Great service with great people running the show here in town.
