I have been using this store for many years for all my rentals, I always had great experience with them. Friendly, understanding, flexible and in any problems you might have, they do their best to make it right... I used them for my last rental to Windsor, and I even thought about bringing wine for them ... Thats what kind of people you will be dealing... Cheers guys at Discount Laird.

Really slow service. The office can use a good cleaning and make it more customer oriented. Customer service isn’t their strongest point. Strange given that most businesses now are under constant scrutiny such as this review.

On line rental is very user friendly and the pick-up of vehicle is quick and easy. Very customer focused. I wish there were more cargo vans available!
