coop taxis are always early or on time really good. BUT ttc wheeltrans cars are always late. seldom on time. never arrive early. late for 50, 40,30,20 minutes are very normal. Today my pickup time is 12pm. Now its 12:35 and I am still waiting for the horrible ttc wt!! they are NOT caring, NOT responsible AT ALL! WORST EVER ...edit: my arrival time for home is 12:40. ttc wheeltrans finally arrived at 12:38!! I have scheduled IC time, exercise time, need psw to help me. If I go back late, I'll miss my lunch, miss those schedules. or I can only get shortened exercise time. Its not just a problem of being late. There are more consequences! ! hope ttc wt drives can have hearts.

Most of my experience with wheel trans bus drivers have been great customer service. Our only problem with wheel trans is the Taxi cabs example Beck Taxi..etc, that drive for wheel trans. My elderly mother has had verbal abuse by some of the taxi drivers that pick up customers of wheel trans service.
