We got in touch with Carmen after two other realtors in Nelson didn't take us seriously when we said we are looking for property and didn't need morgage pre-approval since we had cash. Apparently that's not so common... Anyways, Carmen took care of us and made the whole process of buying incredibly easy. Throughout our purchase process she was very responsive and made sure we knew and understood all the details of the property. Thank you Carmen for making this purchase stress-free!

We worked with Carmen Harris when we bought our house. She was amazing to work with. Very good communication and very thorough. Any question, she knows the answer OR she will find it out for you! Carmen has a very in-depth knowledge of building construction and we never felt pressured into looking or purchasing a home. But when the time came to purchasing a house Carmen had our back the entire way! She was very patient with us and our million questions. We look forward to working with her again in the future❤❤

Carmen worked very hard to get us our home. She is super knowledgable and always available. After a long time searching we found the perfect place and were moved in quickly and the process went very smooth. We highly recommend Carmen, she's the greatest.
