I had to replace my car because the brakes had problem and the car was very dirty. The second car they gave me was again dirty and I had to tell them about scratches that they hadn’t mentioned. And I had to fill the tyres because they were not ready for my travel. Service was fast but quality 👎June2020
Corporate car rental was a breeze. Fantastic service. Will definitely be renting from Budget Taschereau again, for both corporate and personal. Highly recommend!
They had a car available for me at very short notice, which is great, but the car was a little dirty when I picked it up first thing in the morning (they could have cleaned it overnight) and they did not have a key drop for returns outside of business hours... Fast and efficient service though. But there is room for improvement.
Used them a few times and never had a problem.
Open on Sundays, great location. The agent named Ernst offers the best customer service of any car rental agencies on the South Shore. Keep up the good work !
