nice place. Have rented from them a few times , service is good. They charge additional deposit as per their company policy (National never charged me that) and the choice of cars is low in comparison to National. Other than that, the staff is helpful and polite.

On Thursday I booked a car for the next day, after a few hours the agency called and told me that they have no availability. He claimed that before booking online, I should have called them on the phone and made sure that they have some car available since "THE WEB SITE DOES NOT SHOW THEIR CORRECT INVENTORY". I even suggested a change of time or even date but the guy was showing absolutely no flexibility and told me: "I cannot do anything for you." So I called their customer service and they were kind enough to offer me a car from another branch. In general I always have good experience with Enterprise, but I didn't like the way this branch treated their customer.

This location is super convenient!! Great buses to get you to and from and the service is always great! Super fast, friendly, they confirm always and they also call everytime to ask about your experience! I have never had an issue like some reviews I've read and since moving to the South Shore a year ago, they have become a staple for me. Unless they are sold out, it is rare I would go anywhere else... except Alamo. I've been loyal to Alamo for years and I am now as happy with this enterprise location! They have a good selection of cars also!

I brought a car back. I Stoped 1 km before the branch and fill the gas until the machine stoped. When I got to the car the indicator was showing the car is not full. I went back again and tried and the machine stopped because the tank is full. When I dropped the car they charged me for the gas and refuse to believe me.

Cooperative staff with clean and new vehicles. They have variety of cars and hygiened them. The con is that they are not on service for renting in weekend and no suitable offer is available for long term rent.
