Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My best experience so far at a rental service. Everyone welcomes you with a smile. My service with the staff was helpful. They initially didn't have a car I wanted to rent in stock but made reservations to have it the next morning. I definitely will be coming back. Also like to add that my car was very clean up the point they had a car wash done on the car before my pick up.

I'm always satisfied with their service and lets be honest, I'm renting a car not buying one. So the fastest I can be on my way the better. On average, They have me on my way in less than 15 minutes in all. The rental cars are decent and reliable.

Gave this place a shot for rental. It was decent. The inside was well cleaned/vacuumed. Outside was ok. The car looked nice, not an old one. I did have to wait a good 20 mins for them to bring the car back from cleaner....so not on time. I suggest people to book 30 min in advance. There was also a minor issue with the cat but I had no choice but to take it since I needed it. They gave me a discount after I told them about it.

Big thank you to Katerina, Hamza and their team for helping out. I had the rental from May to August due to family needs. They were very understanding of my situation and delivered an incredible experience both professional and genuine. One of the best rental car companies and stores.

I had initially made a reservation to pick up an SUV in the Châteauguay branch on Saturday but then they call me to forward me to this branch. I get there at noon which is when I had made my reservation, wait in the line outside of the branch, a few minutes later they come to me to tell me that there's no SUV and all is left is an Impala. I agree to take that car but they don't tell me that it will take a while. After waiting outside with my friends who'd given me a lift, for about 30 minutes without knowing what is going on, frustrated for the long wait, I go back to the branch which is closed now for whatever reason, but one of the employees is still in there, he opens the door and comes out and I ask him what is going on and why it is taking so long. This is the moment he comes down heavily on me with a really rude attitude that the other employee is cleaning up the car and that I must respect them and I must be patient. All I wanted to know was an explanation, but he loses it and responds to me rudely. He might have been having a bad day but that was NOT a way to treat your customer. 5 minutes later the other employee brings the car all cleaned and washed and I express to her my frustration. She was professional enough to offer me %6 discount for all the trouble but you know my day was already ruined thanks to the rude dude. I wouldn't go to this location next time. One star only for the one employee who actually helped me.
