Just the absolute best customer service! Had them rebuild a couple wheels for me. And was really pleased with the quick return and the high quality build. The shop is the kind of place you just want to sit before or after a great ride in the area as well. I’ll Definitely be doing more business with them in the future!

We rented two electric mounted bikes from RideHub. They were very accommodating and by far the easiest to work with of the places we called. The bikes were great, a lot of fun to use. Your weight does impact the top speed and battery life, so my girlfriend's bike went farther and faster than mine. Overall, lots of fun.

I took the Blue Skills course on the N Shore and I'm so glad I did - the course resets the basics you thought you knew and builds over the 4 sessions to end in various drops techniques. Sara and Matt clearly knew their stuff and gave 100% focus to each rider in the course, pointing out fine detail in your technique that needs work, and giving you homework to practise before the next class. Super fun and met some nice crew as well, highly recommended.

Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff! Rented a bike here for my gf. The bike was ready to go on time, They even helped me out with the dropper post on my personal bike free of charge! They had tons of insight into the local trails and had no problem pointing us in the right direction. I’d highly recommend this shop. 10/5 stars!!!!!

I had a private full day lesson with Chris and it was honestly the best thing I’ve ever done to improve my riding and confidence. We started in the parking lot with basics and drills that progressed as I did. We then took those skills to the trails and sessioned sections that I found difficult while still having fun. I felt safe and comfortable enough to actually push myself out of my usual comfort zone. Chris was able to give me very clear and specific critiques that made all the difference. RideHub was giving a drop clinic nearby and I noticed that Matt also had the uncanny ability to give specific and tailored instruction to each individual participant. I met the other instructors at the cafe and everyone was very friendly and conversational. It’s obvious that they love to ride too. Sara was super accommodating with my booking even though it was short notice. I definitely plan on returning for more. Btw...this is my first ever google review!
