I was stuck last minute needing a car and even though they were closing and in the middle of a new location move, the kind gentleman gave me the best help and service. Stayed beyond his obligations to provide me with a car. Such a warm human welcoming. Thank you so much.

So friendly! Met a woman that helped me with a tire issue on my rental, she was so friendly. I forgot her name, but she really was so great!

Excellent service to both branches. A small electronic billing bug that required me to pay $ 6 due to an unwritten verbal agreement with the branch employee at the beginning of the lease. May the magic be with Hertz! Crepmaster 😉
