RBC Royal Bank

Our favourite RBC branch currently! Thomas Williams is the best Banking Advisor (ever since Jasper Ave main branch), outstanding product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and explains banking plainly so that the layperson can fully understand. All other staff members are great and very helpful/welcoming too. Highly recommend this branch. + A lot of parking spots and awesome open space concept!

Consistently terrible customer service. I closed my account here due to the hour long wait times in addition to the lack of helpful and courteous tellers.

When I started with RBC the service was excellent. Sadly that was twenty years ago and they have disintegrated into a waste of time. They have used covid as an excuse to dramatically lower staff and cut costs. So their profits are way up but meanwhile: Call waiting times are over three hours (not kidding ) and in bank waiting times are minimum one hour. If u own a medium to large business and require complex transactions I recommend a bank that has real people answering the phone and readily available in branch. RBC needs to hire more staff or I am personally exiting to a credit union.

Came to this RBC branch with some inquiry today and RBC advisor Gustavo assisted me. He was professional, courteous and helpful. I will definitely recommend RBC to my family and friends. Thank you Gustavo.
