Consistently the longest waits because they never have enough tellers working. Always people behind the desk but I guess they must not be able to work as a teller if it’s not their “job”. The service itself is fine if you get that far.

I go here all the time and love the experience. The lady was super nice and talked to me, as well as Martin helped me out a lot. Thanks guys!!

Fast and secure branch. Very convinient.

Surprised at seeing so many bad reviews because I actually like this bank. I don't usually wait in line but when I do I find the wait to be the usual; either fast or slow depending on the day and how many people also, the service is efficient and helpful. The staff there are polite and friendly. And overall, it's a good bank. But if you go there on busy days the wait time is pretty long but you can just go to the atm machine and do your business there. I only looked up this bank and saw the reviews because I did not notice there was money conversion here. I'm hoping this is true but if not there's always another one in the mall.

The customer service at this bank is horrible. I am a Muslim woman that covers her face, and when I went in, I was told very firmly that I was not allowed to wear my veil in the building due to what they called were "identity security issues". I have been a customer of TD for over 10 years, but I have NEVER been told this nor required to take my veil off. I understand the need for idenitity security and do not mind revealing my face to a woman in a corner(like I have done in the past at airports, and been accepted and respected for it). But the manager here did not give me any such option. She was demanding I verify my ID by taking my veil off right there. The people standing in line behind me also started to insist I do as she said. I am both outraged and incredulous. My veil is my right and to think that people here in CANADA one of the most liberal and accepting country were trying to take this right away from me is depressing. I hope TD takes notice of this, If not I will definitely be withdrawing my multiple TD accounts and looking for better banks in the future.
