CIBC Branch with ATM

I'm not sure what it takes to get a little service out of this place but i'm sick of being sent away for help or calling and getting hung up on. They have never made anything easy and would not recommend the headache of banking here!

Short staffed every time I have visited. If you do business with CIBC, you will still wait in line with people taking care of their personal banking as they run so short on employees that the business teller doubles up as a personal teller as well. Strongly recommend taking business banking elsewhere.

Baljinder Kaur was the best, highest recommended if you go there and ask for her, I was there on Nov 28 2020 to certify a cheque... she was cooperative

There is usually one standard teller and one business teller, even at the busiest times of day. It's only gotten worse over the last few years.

CIBC location along the 118 Ave. Usually quite busy but the staffs are quite courteous and nice.
