I worked with Katie for both the purchase of a bare lot and sale of my home in Squamish. Through out this procedure, certain things are very timely and Katie was always available to support me through the various steps, any time of day. Additionally, another big appreciation was Katie's help to get the house on the market. She helped in every way she could, bringing me empty packing boxes, hiring (and covering the costs) cleaners, yard maintenance, and siding/window cleaners.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Katie to buy our new condo in Toronto and to sell our house in the suburbs.
