Shawn was highly recommended to us through a good friend of ours in the real estate business here in Squamish and we are very happy we chose him. This was our first time selling a house, knew nothing about it and he was able to take the stress out of the unfamiliar process. We trusted him and his decades of experience to guide us through to the end which alleviated any worry we had knowing that the sale of our house was in good hands. He kept our expectations realistic and didn’t overload us with unnecessary details, minimizing our stress. He was also available to us whenever we had questions and provided key advice when it came time to negotiate and close the deal. Shawn has been our realtor for over 10 years. He has assisted us in buying and selling multiple homes in Squamish. He is professional, responsive and always delivers on his word. We wouldn't use anyone else in the Sea to Sky.
