I hired them to manage my property. When our agreement was over and I got my property back it was not well taken care of. I spoke with Tiffany about it and they were going to send a cleaner. 3 weeks later I can't get them to respond to me. I would not recommend them as a property manager. Terrible value, quality, and communication.

My wife Karen and I were so grateful to have had the opportunity to rent from Elevate Performance Realty over the past six years. Their entire team (especially Danielle and Tiffany) were so helpful whenever there was an issue with our unit, and we very much appreciated their professionalism and constant attention to detail. We just bought our townhouse from the owners (with our Possession Day today!) and we're so thankful how Elevate made this opportunity possible for us.

We have been so impressed with Danielle Dobson. She has consistently found us excellent tenants. She does all the background work so we know we are getting the best possible people and the right fit for our home. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Peter Belostotsky - he was always available via phone/email, and was super flexible with arranging in-person meetings that fitted into our schedule (and our location!). A really genuine and honest guy who was instrumental in us finding the perfect home. It speaks volumes that we plan on staying in touch. I highly recommend working with Peter and Century 21!

I have dealt with Century 21 as an owner of 2 rental properties in Squamish for over 5 years and my experience with Danielle as property manager was first class. Very direct and straightforward with communication on all matters and kept me well posted with developments and appliance replacement/refurbishing options. Represented everything I was seeking in property manager especially when dealing with remote administration of two properties. Positive experience continued into selling phase of both properties, with both townhouses being successfully sold within few days of listing.
