Matt is FANTASTIC. He helped us sell out house this fall and I'm still in shock over what a great price he got for us. He was incredibly helpful in giving us advice and guidance regarding renos, staging and negotiating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. And he's really nice too!

After a bit of research, and a well-timed flyer at our door, we picked Matt as our realtor to sell our first place and we couldn't have made a better choice. He helped guide us through everything necessary in regards to both preparing our place for showing, as well as the actual sale process, and was always available to answer all of my many, many questions or offer valued opinions and advice. He kept me from flailing around blindly like a toddler. Seriously. In the end, our place sold much quicker than I had anticipated, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I will happily refer him to anyone looking for a realtor.

I had such a great experience working with Matt! He was the Realtor on my mortgage clients purchase and he did a stellar job for them and he was really great to work with on my side of things. Matt was very professional and was so quick to respond when I messaged him for anything. I would just like to take the time to thank Matt for his professional, as well as high quality of service, and to recommend him to anyone looking to use an agent for their real estate transaction. From the moment we decided to list our mobile home, to when we inked a deal, Matt was proficient in taking care of any concern that we had and capably guided us through the entire process. Dealing with the sale of a mobile home is a bit different to what we were accustomed to dealing with, but Matt had clearly taken the time to educate himself on how to limit our future liability to our trailer, and how to maximize our gain on the sale of it.
