I have dealt with Pencar several times now and the service is simply outstanding! They go well beyond the call of duty to help you out and make the experience as easy as possible. I would recommend Pencar to anyone and everyone who needs a rental. Dont go for the big brand rental companies that treat you like a number, go local with these guys who treat you like family! I will certainly be using Pencar going forward. Thanks to the Pencar team for always taking care of me!! You are awesome!!

Cleanest truck rental ever. Engine and vehicle in great shape. Good service and local. Higher base price but lower km price. Only open for half hour on weekends for pickup

I just wanted to leave this review and express how professional, friendly, and timely the service at Pencar is. We were in the midst of a massive move and needed some additional vehicles. Pencar set me up with a brand new cargo van the next day, literally off the showroom floor. When it came time to return the van I required another vehicle and it was waiting for me as soon as I returned the previous one. Not only did they get me back on the road within minutes — they helped me transfer some cargo from one vehicle to the other. Can’t say enough good things about the team at Pencar! Thank you!

Truck was comfortable and clean, service was excellent and they really do have the best rates in Brantford.
