I had a great experience. They have great service and they are reliable. They check the condition of the cars themselves, instead of doing it ourselves (unlike some places). (When the branch does not check the cars, then there is a risk that a customer has had a small a collision that is not visible at first, with the rented vehicle and that it does not report the facts. Then, another customer, who does not have a good knowledge of mechanics, who would take the same car and who would have issues with the car that would cause an accident, then this customer could be falsely accused of negligently damaging the car). They care about customer protection because cars are disinfected to protect customers from the coronavirus. The people are polite and are always ready to answer our questions.
