BMO Bank of Montreal

Went to see about opening account which was not thinking about having an appointment but was told we could open up an account online which I have never heard of and never explain how it was to be done poor customer service

Nobody answers the phone. You LITERALLY can not phone this bank there is nobody there to answer the phone.. That is unbelievable. I called 7 different times and got nobody. I even called the main branch and I got an answering machine. Completly unacceptable. Will be changing banks. What a joke.

I haven’t really had any run into with this branch or the staff. They were quite helpful and nice enough to me. Efficient service is my l add.But l did, however, phone ones which lasted about 20 mins just redialing it. For some reason, no one seems to pick up the phone.

The management in this establishment are absolulty disrespectful and should be ashamed to represent themselves im an otherwise good place of buisness.😕

I can't believe that this bank took a $5 fee, twice, for transferring my own money from my savings account to my chequing account in the same branch. For a mere $10, rather than refund me the money they stole out of my account, they let me close the account. Now, I am about to move to another banking institution altogether but I am not about to let the theft of my money go without a public fight. It starts, here and now
