TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Customer service representatives was very rude and dismissive. Wouldn't answer any of my questions and just wanted to get me off of the line. I usually have no problems with the customer service at TD. The branch I typically use is closed at the moment so I called this one instead and am definitely not impressed with the service I received.

I live downtown and have no car so I have to use other banks like bmo to get cash which is costing considerable amount for bank charges. Its not fair as im on aish and just another expense I cant afford. Im changing banks as soon as I can!!!!!!!

Worst customer service I have experienced at TD in 40 years. Definitely failing their customers during the covid19 pandemic.

Jackie helped out my teenage son today when there was an issue . She treated him wonderful and I was happy to see my son have one of his first growing up experiences go so positive. Thanks for being great people

I been with TD village mall for over 12 years , excellent service!
