Why do you allow your customers who are in good standing and I know for a fact the funds are available to write checks when you the bank will not honour the checks

Josh and Michelle are amazing people and this branch is very lucky to have them. I use this branch as my main branch, even if it isn't. I love the service here and how friendly the staff have been to me. I have had to use other branches in Red Deer, and they're good too, but I definitely prefer this branch over all the others.

Everyone's super friendly in the new mall location. Especially Jennifer.

Did 15min walk to end up having the door closed and I can't even go to ATM 😑

I only gave 4 stars because with all the changes in management and losing Sarah, it's become a cold and uninviting environment. BUT the redeeming quality and person you have in Josh makes me stay with this bank and continue my business there. I find the new management very cold and rude even when talking to on the phone. Big mistake in hiring these individuals to manage this place. I would not deal with any of the management there for anything. But Josh is incredible, he goes above and beyond to help. I consider myself a small fish in a big pond hut he treats me as well as anyone else. Please don't lose him or I definitely will switch banks.
