Servus Credit Union - North Hill

This is the worst place I have ever delt with. I wanted to reinvest my money, I tried to get ahold of them for 6 months before they got back to me. I finally got mad and went back to my old bank cause I lost a bunch of money and they had the audacity to charge me a service charge on an account that I told them to close and they forgot to close. I wish I would have stayed at ATB than delt with them. I find it rather fishy that anybody has given them a 5-star review.

Wow 7 good reviews something fishy here, grant it the tellers are not to bad always eager to help but Servus Credit Union as a whole in Red Deer needs to take lessons from the big city locations as to what customer service really is, especially the North Hill branch, poor financial department I suggest when dealing with them you document everything, oh yah and dont expect call backs in a prompt manner, ur lucky to even get one, BAD SERVICE, stick with the big banks at least you can hold them accountable.

Like a bank...but with better service, nicer tellers and smaller lines....but you should have seen my smile when we got a share bonus in our account. Just for banking there and having our house mortgage (excellent rate too)..over $600 bucks You gotta ask yourself ..why am I making bankers rich...when I can get a piece of the pie
