Please instruct the company who clears your parking lot of snow not to operate after 11pm or before 7am. It is half past midnight and my crew who is staying at the apartments backing onto your parking lot are being kept awake by heavy equipment grinding and, beeping and thundering outside. This is not the first time, last snowfall the heavy equipment was disturbing my crew by 5am! This is a noise bylaw infraction. The residents in those apartments are entitled to the peaceful enjoyment of their properties. Thank you for reciting this issue.

Terrible branch, opening accounts are a headache. I suggest you take your business to another branch that doesn't discriminate

How does it make sense to have a bank close before everyone is done work? Absolute joke

Horrible staff, I applied to skip payments for my mortgage in December, so i can buy x mas presents for my son, everything went through great. I applied at the beginning of November, as i knew there was a wait time. I went in 2 weeks later and signed all the papers. They phone me today ( 1 day before) and say I have to pay to do a stop pmt because they didn't do their paper work in time. Absolutely hate dealing with this bank. I've already pull all other accounts from this bank! next is mortgages.

Today we had to resolve issues with several checks from the US being sent to collections, changing our account type, arranging a wire transfer deposit, and changing our home branch. Lesley was an extreme help and dealing with these issues was a pleasant experience.
