RBC Royal Bank

There were problems when I opened my account online and with the advisor on the phone. When I went to this branch, the awesome ladies turned my experience around from 1 star to 5 stars. Joan and Nikula(or Nicola) were so nice and made sure that these problems were addressed and resolved. Even gave me callbacks to follow up regarding my concerns. Thank you so much!

I am so impressed with the amazing service in the RBC branch and the amazing service on the phone. You can do so many things without having to go into the bank! I have been blown away by amazing staff and service! I recommend RBC to everyone!

Not really impressed went to the bank today usually they are pretty good but today some wont even do the line up and pass infront of other and we end up all crowded in that little hall thats is 6x6 with 4-5 person there and one with a wheelchair and that lady with curly brown hair wont even react usually there is a blonde there and shes good and take care of everyone but that girl today frustrated me by her inaction ! it is not acceptable the way that was operated today

Poor response time/care for the client/lazy? Twice now we've dealt with a "Tammy" there. Back when we were looking for a loan, we had to constantly call her and check in for updates and such. We ended up getting the loan super last minute because she never called us back. Never touched base with updates. Not once. We had to chase her around. Second time it was the same thing. We were waiting Weeks to find out if my husband was approved for a credit card. Never did hear from her and I don't have the time to chase her around for a "yes" or a "no". If you're looking for someone to handle your banking inquiries, don't book with Tammy. She just won't ever go out of her way to get back to you.
