CIBC Branch with ATM

I have found all the staff have been pleasant and helpful. Some new staff have come on .

Service quality has become terrible at the teller level at this branch: I've noticed that most of the Friday tellers are replete with attitude and completely out of line. There is a gatekeeper mentality and some of them seem motivated to deny service where they can. In one year I've witnessed a couple of banking errors at the counter and found it to be an extremely unaccommodating, unfriendly atmosphere in general. The exception to the rule is Gian, who is unfailingly professional, humble, cooperative, and efficient.

Should be open to use ATM machine. Very inconvenient. Starting to use a different branch because of this issue.

Just a general rating of Cibc. 10 years and it never gets better. Switching banks next week. Should have 9 years ago. Over priced and underachieving.
