I would like to extend my huge thanks to Rasul, who took such great care of me when I fell on the trampoline trying to get a baal in the net! My knee was dislocated and I'm having surgery tomorrow as I severed my patella tendon. Rasul was so kind and caring and supervised 2 strong fellas to escort me off the park into the sofa area and then continued to check in on me making sure I had everything I needed. He was also careful to follow Covid protocols. I was in so much pain and I really don't know how I would have handled the situation had he had not been so attentive. Even after my husband arrived he still made sure we had everything we needed until the ambulance arrived. What an fabulous member of your team, thank you. My boys loved the very short time they spent there, it was my son's birthday and i had 5 children with me for his celebration, sadly it was only a few minutes before I fell.

I have been there today and what i found is one of the worst customer service. We called them about the timing and they replied that you can visit the place before 2 as there would be line up. There was literally no one and the main thing that disappointed me was we were full of energy but when we went there they were busy in their own chats and were not even taking care of anything.

DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE, they have every excuse in the book to not give you back the refund or deposit. The manager/ boss is unreachable and there is always a battle. 7 people that I know, have now been through this now. Stay far away. If you are reading this and are having a hard time getting your money back, go to small claims, or take it to the media.
