Enterprise Rent-A-Car

If you're living in New Westminster without a car but need to use one every now and again, this Enterprise location is First Class in terms of convenience and customer service!! Very conscientious of COVID safety requirements and incredibly kind helpful staff that always seem to go the extra mile in terms of exceeding my expectations, numerous times this year! They have the best prices both short term and long term. I 100% prefer dealing with Entperise in New Westminster over the competition and all car share sources!!

Very good customer service. I forgot the name of the 2 guys that attended me on the 15th of Dec. @11am and on the 17th of dec. @noon. Their explanation was very clear. I would go with them without hesitation. The place is somewhat hard to find as their logo is small and hard to see. Cheers.

Pele from newest BC location went out of his way to help me get a comfortable replacement after not having access to the jeep I initially reserved. He made renting for my family a positive experience. If all car rental staff could be as friendly efficient and honest as Pele the car rental world would be a better place. 💯 Thank you for taking care of us.🙏🙏

We have used this location at least a half dozen times. I own a business in the US, and as such, I do not have a Canadian credit card. This has never been a problem before. I have used my US card every time I've come here. But the last time I went here, they denied me and said they would not accept the card that I've already used with them several times before. The manager was totally unforgiving and didn't care about us. Totally killed our vacation plans, and delayed our trip by 4 hours. We had to walk in the rain with our luggage. Luckily, we found another rental place that was happy to accept my American card. I will never use Enterprise ever again.

Always good service. Pele was a true professional. Picking up the car and returning it to Pele was great.
