Worst service in Canada. I would give less than one star. They offer discounts and hold a deposit money from Your credit card. After the trip, They will give "N" Number of reasons to take the whole deposit. FORGET ABOUT THE DEPOSIT. It happened twice. End of the day, We are paying more than the standard rental companies. if You ask about the deposit, They wont respond either over phone or mail . The sales guy even doesn't know anything. His regular explanation is " Im just an employee. Decision is from management". In fact there is no customer service or another line to contact.

Stay away from them, They say its cheap but they will not give you back the deposit. Effectively it’s more expensive than the other rental companies.

Great customer service. They sent the car to the airport and even dropped me back at the airport after my stay in surrey was over and the car was in very good conditioned. Prices in comparison to other car rental companies were also better. I strongly recommend this company if you want to rent a car.

The staff was really helpful. They gave me the cheap price for the car. They also gave me a ride back to my home when I dropped off the car. I definitely go back to their shop next time.

I rented a car from ABC car rental this past weekend and I was really pleased with their service. Staff was really helpful and friendly. They were super accommodating for my last minute reservation. The car was clean, fresh and well maintained. The price was excellent aswell! Their pick up and drop off service is a bonus! I will definitely be coming back in the future and will also be recommending them to family and friends.
