Aman was our cab driver today and his service was amazing. He helped us move all our luggage and waited patiently for us to bring everything from the building. Also helped us put everything near the door. Best customer service ever!

I called to book ahead a pickup for later this afternoon from my auto repair shop, and at first it seemed they were willing to take me, but when I mentioned I wasn't going too far, she cut me off and said I should call Metro cabs. She actually told me to call someone else. And she wasn't too kind about it. Why lisence your cabs in Surrey, if you won't drive Surreans around? Won't be calling them again, as my car will be repaired tomorrow, and hopefully I won't need them again. EVER! Update: As you can see from the response on my review, their excuse is just as weak as their customer service. I booked ahead. t wasn't an issue of if you had a car in the area. I wanted to book a car in the area. The trip is 15 min each way, and when I gave them the location for pickup, and then take me back the next day to get the car, they told me to call someone else. So beware!...this company can't manage an advanced booking because they are simply not reliable. PERIOD!!! So YES...PLEASE call someone else! :)

I called for a taxi at 5:37pm. The dispatcher told me it would be about a 25 minute wait. I said I was okay with waiting. I got a text notification saying the taxi was here, the taxi was not here. Then I got a text notification saying my trip had been cancelled. The driver called me to ask where I was. I confirmed my location and the driver said they went to the wrong spot. I called dispatch back to request a taxi again and they said one was on the way. Then at 5:57pm dispatch phoned me and told me they're cancelling my trip because the wait time would be another 25 minutes and I should call a different cab company. Very poor customer experience and a waste of twenty minutes I could have spent waiting for a cab that would actually show up.

Best service ever. Few days ago i booked early morning service for Airport. Aman was on time and he is very Friendly person. Best And affordable Taxi service 👌🏻

Two days ago I ride with Amandeep Singh . He was very polite person he helped me with my luggage. Best taxi in the town I love it.
