Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They got two employees working hard but , The guy came to deliver car tried to confuse me about transferring the insurance .He believed that the ICBC insurance may or may not transfer to the rental because it's a rental car. They were in business since 1957 for God sake .Its funny the way they were trying to up sell .Try to be more convincing next time I guess. I got my car reserved by ICBC for God sake .I am sure this was not the first time they tried to pull it off .Not a proper way to make money .Run away somehow .

This guy is a complete idiot. I would highly recommend waiting for budget.

I was helped by Elinton. He was very welcoming and he gave me great deals every time I reached out to him. Cars are disinfected and cleaned properly

Run far away. Even if you have a reservation it doesn’t mean that you will have a car. They accept reservation even if they don’t have any car to give. And you arrive and you’re blocked. All three companies there, Budget, Enterprise and National. All bad.
