Best place to rent a car! Their customer service is very friendly and the team at the Atwater kiosk is very quick, efficient and friendly. I’ve rented many times (sometimes even the day before) and never had problems with pickup, drop off, car issues or surprise fees. Valentin and Isabel are doing a great job!

First time: Received some very good help from Ismail! Everything went super quick :) Second time: Julie B was super helpful, and able to graciously extend my reservation when I needed to go a day over. Super great location!

I called the company to rent a truck and initially I had problems with an employee on the phone. The company reach out to me super fast, asked about what happened, went back to the call recording and solve the situation the best way possible. I’ve spoken with friendly employee that was clearly worried about offering the best service possible. In my opinion problems always happens, what really matters is the way that companies deals with it, and in this case I’ll give it a 5 star. Great company, great policy for customer service.

I’m used to rent car from them but this time is a nightmare. Pick up was supposedly at 7:30am. No one at the desk, when you call they advise you to use the machine but at no point on the reservation it is written nor said. I will gladly send you my reservation to further prove this. Clerk comes in at 8:15am. Process was quick from then. Never arrived 3days before my reservation. This is highly sensitive to treat customer as if they were lying when the issue was from your part. Being late for important business meetings due to their mismanagement. Avoid this location

UPDATED: I rented a car two months ago and I'm still paying for it. The toll was only 8$ including tax and administration fee, but they charged 37$, as they say for THEIR administration and print fees. Idk maybe they're using 3D nano printers to print a paper. I'll never make the same mistake again. You can have a wide range of rentals with much less stated and hidden costs. #This is an update due to their response: Here is the exact email I've got from Globe: "your credit card will be charged the total amount of $26.87, including the toll of 8.37$, plus our administration fees of $15 + taxes (these costs include materials, printing and labor)" Globe's administration fee consists of material (???), printing and labour. While the toll and the administration fee for it is totally 8$, they charge 18$ for the material and prints. It doesn't end here, as they stated exactly in the email, they were supposed to charge $26.87, but the charge was made today is $36.49. That's how they made $8 into $36.49. I just wanted everyone to know what is waiting for them after their rental with Globe, many surprises and credits from their account. Just for letting you know, I'd print around 200 pages in a print shop with the amount you've charged for 1 page.
