The receptionist at the counter was efficient, thorough and professional. The vehicle was as described and in excellent order. The return of the vehicle was as professional and as seamless as was the pick up. Bravo & thank you.

I rented a car in several occasions at this branch, it's getting better recently. The agent (I guess his name was Fouad) was very nice and respectful! The only down point about the branch is their working hours, I wish they could be open for more hours, especially during the weekend (or it was possible to drop the keys and leave the car there when they are closed).

Holidaying from UK. Rented a standard size car for 8 days. Everything was quick and smooth. Car was in great condition and exactly as advertised. Would recommend using this branch.

Worst customer service ever! One of the colleges gave me 10% student discount (because my friend was studying in Concordia) after I signed the contract . He said it’s ok and he will put a note for the manager and he will give me the discount when I drop off the car.But when I returned the car, the other college said it’s not possible and there is no note in my file!
