Eunice and her team are awesome!! They are really here for us abd I always felt well taking care when I had a little issue. Enterprise is the BEST car rental company!

Cleaned car, polite staff, but I had reserved a compact SUV and they gave me a subcompact SUV (Kia soul). I prefer to go to the other branches because I've had better experiences with them.

I had THE WORST experience at enterprise, if I could give negative stars, I would. I have used this rental service before and have had no problems but this last time was just terrible customer service. I reserved a mini van (that seats 7 people) online about a week before the rental date and then on the day I was supposed to get the car they call to say they don’t have the car I reserved and that if I wanted to fit 7 people I’d have to get 2 cars (which they were willing to give me for the same price). So I went out of my way to get another person from my party to come to the rental service, and he had to change his schedule to accommodate, and then we get there and they have a car that seats 7. But, it is a very very squishy fit, not at all like a minivan would be. We could barely fit all our stuff and people into the car. But thats not that big a deal, that’s fine. What is warranting this terrible review is that the man I got the car from told me that if I bring the car back after hours and take a photo to prove I brought it in within my 48 hour reservation (because the store closed at 2pm but I technically get the car until 4:30) then I won’t get charged for a whole extra day that I didnt even have the car for. So I had the car until 4:30 on Sunday but because I didn’t bring it back during open hours I got charged for all of monday too, which I didn’t use and which the employee said wouldn’t happen. But of course I did get charged for an extra day I didn’t even use and when I try to call to sort things out I either get put on hold or I get a person that says “oh ill check things out and call you back” and then never get a call back. That happened twice!! Basically, me and my party of 6 people are NEVER using enterprise ever again. We all had to pay for an extra day that we didn’t use because one of their employees said we wouldn’t get charged when we did and because nobody would help when I called. We shouldn’t be the ones paying, it should be the employee paying for giving us false information.

Good service, fast and easy car rental. My car didnt look clean at all. It had some drink residue inside as well as looked dirty outside. I had an expectation of a fresh clean car as i was going out of town, especially with covid.. i hope it was sanitized atleast. Overwall was good though.

Worst experience ever today. Normally, I go to the one on St Jauques they’re amazing, but due to COVID I’ve had to go to this location. Picking up the car to go to Toronto was great. The guy was awesome and explained everything to me and was super. The problem started when I called to have an extension on the car for one extra day and the woman who answered - at 7:30am. She said it would be ok and that she made the changes on her end. I go to work thinking all is fine and 30 minutes after I was supposed to return the car she calls me and tells me that I have to return the car and in order for me to keep it she would need an additional hold of $92.00 to be added to the already $200 hold they put when leaving Montreal. I asked her why she didn’t mention this when I called this morning - no answer. The woman hardly spoke English and proper French. I was so angry. I then called the Toronto location and spoke with a great guy (Chris) who said it would be ok to bring the car in before closing. I arrive at closing and hand my keys to the agent. The next morning I was billed for an extra day when I didn’t even keep the car an extra day, but was late. Had I known I was going to be charged an extra day I wouldn’t have left work to return the car ... all morning I kept calling to speak with a manager and each time I got the run around. Each time the same girl kept answering the phone and each time these people - who only spoke French btw - didn’t help me at all and lied about contacting the Toronto branch. The only person who helped was Chris from Toronto who explained he couldn’t do anything on his end and wish he could. I won’t rent from them again because I got hung up on once, lied to, and no one contacted me to let me know how or if this would be handled. All I got was an email of an adjusted bill showing a 2hour late charge that could’ve been prevented had the woman explained the process in the morning. Mind you my credit card was charged 2 times today in two different amounts ( one with the $200 hold and the other with the charge for the extra day I never had the damn car). Suffice it to say I’m angry at the way this branch handle things - Never Again!
