The personnel at this branch is exceptional. The service needs improvements though. I've been renting from this location for years and have recently started to see a decline in service quality. One of the cars I recently rented was flooded with tobacco odor. The next rental I was assigned a mid-size gas vehicle even when I had paid more to reserve online a full size hybrid. The excuse was that hybrid vehicles go by quickly and are not always available. I reported both issues to the agency. Unfortunately the perception I got from their response is that these issues can't be avoided and can happen at anytime. To be fair, they did offer to immediately replace the vehicle next time I report there's a tobacco odor in it. I will add more stars if I perceive service improvement.

Great experience! I reserved online and check-in was super smooth. The agent explained all the charges to me and reminded me to conduct a walk around. The vehicle was awesome and I'm considering buying one :) Best of all the tank was full. The price was reasonable and the service was top-notch. I was able to extend for one more day seamlessly. Yes they adhered to COVID rules and the car was wiped down inside! Thumbs up!

I've been an Alamo customer for several years now and, to be fair, I always return because their very competitive rates, cars in good condition and very good customer service....until now. I rented a car for 3 days and got a Kya Soul. I was in a hurry and, although noticed a strong cigarette smell decided to ignore it. Later, on the highway, I realized the car had bad issues with the brakes so I called customer service and got the answer that I expected. They directed me to the nearest car branch (that happened to be an Enterprise). When changing my luggage from one car to the other I realized that my personal keys were missing from the compartment in between the front seats. It happened that a small piece of plastic inside it was missing and the keys had slipped into a hole there. I couldn't reach them and asked the Enterprise representative to help me get them out. He refused to do something but offered to ask the guys on their shop to get them out. He said he would call me later. Never did. At the end of my trip I sent an email to Alamo Customer Service explaining what had happened. Next day I got a response saying that someone from the regional office would call me. Never happened. A few days later I sent a follow up mail. Again I got the same response. This time I did get a call from a guy that sounded upset and just told me that it was no use on sending emails to customer service because the only thing they'll do is to forward them to his branch. He then asked me what the problem was. After I told him he said I should call the Enterprise branch where I left the car with my keys and gave me their number. By now, a week had passed and his answer meant that he hadn't even read my email and that nothing had been done about it. Sooo, I called the Enterprise branch. Of course, when I asked for the manager, I was told that he was busy by the same guy who had offered to call me in the first place. I asked him about my keys and he said that they had done everything possible but could get them out. when I pushed to clarify why, he now said that they had found no keys! If I went through all of this trouble is because my keys are custom made and expensive but also because I would like to see the same level of service and commitment to customer satisfaction that I'm used with Alamo. I hope all this time invested will some how help to this end.

I have been with Alamo for over 5 years now, about 5 times a year and I am always satisfied, really satisfied. Both about the service, the cars and the price.
