Just a horrific experience. This was my first time trying Avis. I usually go with enterprise. I arrived at this location and was greeted by two employees who were very rude about the car rental inspection form. They were pushing for me to sign a form that confirmed that the car was in perfect condition prior to me inspecting it. I refused and they proceeded to verbally attack my partner. I booked a reservation for a type B car and they gave me a type C car without informing me simply because it was convenient for them. Obviously I ended up having to pay for the difference. After I did my inspection and I had informed them that there was indeed damage to the car, I was met with a “ma’am you’re not signing your life away”.
Great service and experience: the facilities are easy to access, we were nicely welcome and 5-10 mins later we were already in the car.
In addition, the staff offered us a better car for the same price as they had it available.
Fast service, always brand new cars . 🚗
