I have had two great experiences with Discount! I recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car for sure. They have good prices, nice vehicles and great customer service!

Wait times are unacceptable. I was fifth in line at opening and saw the rental agent 1h20 minutes later. It took over 100 minutes before I was on my way. They don't take after-hours return so the agent told me to return the car at another location but when I arrived that location didn't take after-hour returns either. I had to miss work to return the car the next morning during business hours. All in all, I lost 3 hour of my time getting and returning the car. Never again! Adopt better technology like your competitors & go paperless would be my first among many recommendations.

Rented a car probably 30 times, 10 of them from here - Convenient location, great rates, clean cars and consistently good service. Highly recommended

Booking done 2 Weeks ago. I came this morning to Pick up my car at 10am... It is 11.30am and the car is still not clean and ready. I missed my appointment. They are clearly with not the sufficient staff to handle all their booking. I do not recommend to go there! Very frustrating!!
