Blaming clients, ignorant and always out from the desk
Great service - though they did give a really high mileage car
Someone who rent a car from Enterprise hit my car when I wasn't there. It's so nice that they left a note saying sorry for hitting my car and contact the manager Mathieu for any problem. But they forgot to put the name so I don't know the person who rented that car. I came to see Mathieu to ask if he can trace the car or send a message to those who rent their cars during that time but he rejected to do that. Probably there should have some scratch on that rental car as well and I think they should have information by checking the car before get it back. The funny thing is he told me I have to be responsible for my car even not my fault because that is Quebec laws. Wth, is that correct? I don't think this is a good attitude to run the business, refusing responsibilities to their customers.
