Worst service ever! 45 minutes waiting in the line since only 1 agent partially-working on the front desk.. after that, agent take personal call before enrolling me.. and then tells me I have to wait 30 minutes for an already reserved and paid car! Never renting a car again here, please look for other company, there are many in the area

Trust me if you would like to rent a car do not deal with them. they will always tell you their website is down. then they'll hustle you through all the dealings sell you a more expensive car even though they have the one you want then never answer you when your dropping the car. their customer service in the USA and CANADA are of no help and it's just a headache
Rent car online, now I’m waiting to pick up the keys because there’s no car available. The guy told me to wait 30 minutes, but it has been 45 and nothing yet. No options was given, total disrespect.
